BankStar Financial Awards $1,000 Scholarships BankStar Financial and the South Dakota Bankers Foundation are proud to announce this year’s high school scholarship program recipients. The scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who will be attending a post-secondary South Dakota institution of higher learning and who demonstrate strong leadership skills and high academic achievements. These individuals must also be involved in extracurricular activities and volunteer work.
